Returning to India after 1.5 yrs of stay in US is like return after a life time, not only in a spiritual sense, but actually too... My home city Hyderabad is not just how I left it. There are a lot more fly overs, wider roads, city malls, multiplexes, etc. There is also a lot more traffic, heat and major political tensions wrt separate state for Telangana.
Well, however much changed it is, fact remains that this is my home city, and I do enjoy coming back here as it is HOME. Returning here reminds me of how much I missed home made food, old pals' company, chaat bhandaars, authentic hyderabadi biryani, driving through the honking traffic and yellow auto walahs!

Welcome back pretty lady...But I dont think u will find any drastic changes even if u come home aftr a decade...India is still too slow in embracing changes...
